Yuxuan is a recent graduate student from DePaul University with a major in Predictive Analytics. He carries out research projects in machine learning, knowledge discovery, and generative systems. His work focuses on (1) designing and developing web-based machine learning systems, (2) wrangling data and conducting descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analyses to derive insights, and (3) researching generative models and implementing proof-of-concept generative systems. His long-term mission is to bring ourselves closer to a future with infinite expressions and diversity – where data collected from ubiquitous sensor streams is analyzed to understand personal needs; where goods and commodities are designed and fabricated one-of-a-kind; where each individual’s creativity and artistic appeal is augmented with the help of machine intelligence.
